Delete Your Account
Two ways to do it — from inside the app, or right here if you can't get to it.
Option 1 — Delete in the app
Open the app and go to Settings → About → Delete account, then follow the steps there. This deletes your account immediately — there's no waiting period once you confirm.
Option 2 — Request deletion from the web
If you can't sign in to the app, submit a request here instead. We'll need your registered mobile number and email so we can find your account.
What happens next
A web request goes into a 48-hour hold. If you don't use your account again during that time, our team reviews and approves the request, and your account is then permanently deleted. If you sign back in during the hold, you can simply carry on using your account — nothing is deleted.
What gets deleted
Once approved, your profile, posts, Cuts, messages, Slam Book entries, group memberships and referral data are permanently removed. Records we're legally required to retain — such as financial records tied to a Premium or Slam Book payment — are kept only as long as the law requires, separately from your profile.
